Legalwise a con

I have been battling with legalwise for several months to assist me with legal help to get my outstanding salaries that my employer owes me. I furnished them all the evidence. Despite the late feedback and communication from their side to assist me, they finally had to get approval to use a legal company to assist. The legal company they assigned takes weeks to get back to me, the case has not even be brought to court. As there is no conclusion what to do. I am no lawyer, and rely on them. It seems that there is no serious interest to assist me. Yeyt I am paying them R305 per month. I have been with them for 20 years. So are they just a big con or they help people. I have now reported them to the consumer council, as I am paying them for a service and not getting any benefit.
