Legalwise a bunch of cheats.
<p>My car got bumped and I entrusted Legalwise to get my money for repairs from the third party. I have been waiting since. Susan Deale is the lady that was handling my claim and she was useless. She didnt get anywhere and would only give feedback if i called and enquired. Three weeks back she handed my case over to Marais & Parsons Attorneys in Kempton Park who are cheats like their partner in crime. I have not heard anything from either one of them. I call the attorneys office and the receptionist always tells me that Phillip Havenga is not available. I've left numerous messages and nobody bothers to call me back. I'm very angry and would not advise anybody to join these ******.</p>

Legalwise called me to tell me that the attorneys are still waiting for me to supply them with the repair invoice which i submitted on the 9th of May 2016 to Phillip Havenga and Pieter Parsons. Now its my problem that they ignored my calls and didn't read my emails. They are all a bunch of *****. The last communication I got from Legalwise was on the 31st of May which still doesnt help me at all because now I have to tell them how to do their job. When Susan Deal from the Kempton Park branch opened my file i submitted all the necessary documents she requested but now the Legalwise claims department tells me they don't know who she is and request that i resubmit the documents again. The same company, but Zinhle Mchunu the lady i was dealing with from the claims department wants me to do her job for her and call Susan and request her to send her the document. The very same documents that Susan supposedly sent to the attorneys. I am dealing with unprofessional people. Legalwise to this day is still useless. They are quick to debit off my account but don't know how to do their jobs. I am getting nowhere with this company that I had entrusted with my claim.

It's December 2016 and Marais and Parsons attorneys still have not contacted me. The case is still pending. Should a person ever need legal assistance, I would strongly suggest you stay away from both legal wise and Marais and Parsons. They are ****** in suites and very useless.
