WHAT AN EXPERIENCE... quick to sign you up... Give you wrong info on signing up. You the utilize their services and you query gets rejected!!!! Their stupid explanation it is an existing query which it's not. So I go back to the sales call where incorrect information is relayed at sales point 😡
I then mention I wish to cancel. I get informed that the correct department will phone ad this person cannot do cancelations. I miss a call the next morning... Receuve an email that my contract is canceled without me speaking to anyone in the relevant department and as I missed my calm they aUust went ahead and Cancelled my contract... ***, thus us a legal company operating like this!
I then request a refund on jy premiums... Guess what... I'm outside of my cooling off period.... SERIOUSLY
