Legalwise

Not impressed at all with legalwise. I signed up with them in february 2017 i was notified that an attorney can only help me after three months probation meaning the 25th of May 2017.

I agreed to this. paid my fee (their highest package) never missed a payment. Then i came across an incident in which i called upon legalwise seeing that i am fully covered. I spoke to the consultant and she advised me what to do. The problem i had is i took my car to a mechanic to redo my engine they took sometime in finishing it but i kept hearing excuses thats why i went to fetch the car for a second opinion and found out that the engine was completely busted all this happened on the 25th of May 2017.

I went to legalwise in june or july 2017 i was then advised to get a quote for a new engine which took some time as these engines were discontinued. I eventually got the quote which i supp**** in october 2017. the case went on a letter of demand was sent to mechanics and no response from them. Then i was advised that the matter will be handed to the attorneys.

January 2018 i was called to say that this matter happened before during my probation period so they cannot help me. I mean i found out all the damages after my probation period. Ive been paying all along so why can i not be helped? It took that long to tell me i am not covered.

Frustrating and bad service i had to run after them all time and then to get told im not covered. On a personal note i would not recommend legalwise to anybody.
