Legalwise

I wrote in a month ago to inform on how my matter has been handed. Yes they eventually called me and got the supervisor to contact me. After talking to her she assure me that she will handed it and get back to me. They did contact me but not the supervisor, but the consultant still today i was assure they were going to discuss and find how to move forward , but for 5 days still no answer. Why is this company still open all they care for is the debit order that comes off your account. They really don't care ,busy speaking to lawyer how to sue legal wise for there ***********s
