Legal Wize closing down?!
I sent through to one of their consultants, a complant i have against a company 6 days ago. And no one has contacted me.
I then complained about it, to their customercare email, with no response.
I then tried to log complaints on their website, but its been offline for days now.
I then called them and no one seems to be available.
I then left messages, to call me back and I'm still waiting.
I have a GOLD Membership and would like to know what on earth, is going on?!

19 Sept 2024, 08:57Now 13 days later and this matter has still not even been touched/looked at/addressed/actioned by ANYONE at Legal Wize.
What makes matters worse, is that this case is NOT the only one i have with them and NOT the only one they are IGNORING!!!
What pathetic service does Legal Wize offer people in desperate need of their help and have their membership on Debit order off their bank accounts.

Now 13 days later and this matter has still not even been touched/looked at/addressed/actioned by ANYONE at Legal Wize.
What makes matters worse, is that this case is NOT the only one i have with them and NOT the only one they are IGNORING!!!
