Legal wiser is not to be trusted they are the one you need to be protected from.

I have been with legal wise for over 15 year, religiously pain my monthly premiums and the service that has been offered to me is a disgrace I handed a vehicle accident incident to them in 2013 till today I have received no communication on the state of the case I am constantly calling/emailing to find out what is the progress and being promised to be contacted back. Harry even had the nerve to tell me that if they move my case to other attorneys they can not guarantee me sufficient feed back /service as they don't know if the attorney are competent. I then requested to speak to the supervisor who assured me that Harry will get back to me and months later still nothing. I called them today and asked to speak to the supervisor Ashena to cancel my membership and she told me she will sms me the number I must use to cancel... received the sms and guess what? the number has been changed and a new number is currently not available... so I called her again and switchboard asked who it was and I told her she then told me to call back in 20 minute cause Ashena is busy on a call. Legal wise is a joke I have made peace with the money they have made from me over the years, I have made peace with losing my car and all I want is to cancel my membership with them and that as well is battle... what must one do now really to stop legal wise from draining emotionally and financially... I am horrified by the way I have been treated.
