Legal wise welkom *****y unhelpful attitude

My reason for joining legal wise was for 24hour legal assistance and advice, my first time I ask for assistance, my claim was handed to a lady at the welkom branch, who firstly has no people s****s what so ever and should be in the position to ne dealing with clients, nevermind attempting to give legal advice. Im not a lawyer and have no knowledge of the legal documents etc. When I asked for help and I dont understand what she is asking me to do, I was told she should rather leave it, and I should go to a lawyer. ***! What am I paying for? Very disappointed and policy is cancelled with immediate effect. Wont recommend legal wise to anyone
