Legal wise, talk to me, not my lawyer

It's clear that they are not interested in my business as they have been ignoring me and my matter since September 2020. I have tried to contact them countless times via email with no luck, I went to their office in Benoni and found it vacant!! I've been fighting my own battles with FNB insurance for months!! Where were they? Why do I need them really?

I've been paying my premiums for years and the 1st case I give them after losing my job to covid, they do this? They are quick to remind me that I have missed a premium, but not quick to do the actual job!! I'm disappointed I should say and this is good bye.
