LEGAL WISE SUDESHNEE NAIDOO ATTORNEYS MATTER

<p>Sudeshnee represented me in my ccma matter. Sudeshnee told me she would negotiate the settlement as a retrenchment package. So when we went to ccma on 24 June 2016 to sign, I signed the agreement because of what she told me. </p> <p> </p> <p>When the money was paid it was taxed at 48%, when I emailed Sudeshnee she said she would sort out. When I tried to call her and whatsapp her, she ignored me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have spoken to Maryke in claims, she told me to contact the legal wise branch that referred Sudeshnee to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>My issue here, did Sudeshnee negotiate a retrenchment package? If she did then the tax would be less. That is why I accepted the settlement. If Sudeshnee didn't do that then she **** to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I agree tax needs to be taken out from the settlement, but not so high, 48% is excessive.</p> <p>Sudeshnee has been hiding.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is my opinion that Sudeshnee acted in a manner that did not have my best interests at heart. Sudeshnee did not do what she told me she was going to do. </p> <p> </p> <p>LEGAL WISE YOU ARE DRAGGING YOUR FEET IN THIS MATTER. YOU APPOINTED SUDESHNEE NAIDOO ATTORNEYS. YOU NEED TO SORT THIS OUT ASAP. </p>
