Legal wise rip-off

Ive been a client for nearly 15 years with no joy. About 5 years ago I was involved in an accident. Gave all relevant documents and photos to legal wise and was referred to lushen pillay . I claimed fo 30000 which was what my van was worth. I picked up my file last week because of no feedback. Then they tell me the court lost the documents. Really after five years. Most annoying was their attitude from one Vaneshree Moodley. I claimed for 30 000 but the see it fit to claim for 9500 without informing me. I'm tired of their nonsense. Help
