Legal wise querie

Good day my policy number is ***4 and my consultant was Morgan Mahlangu and I do have a contact number for and I have consulted Him many times the number is not going through , My story I have filled for a divorce ,and i took the policy because the consultant told me that ,since I have my lawyer who had already started the process ,He will be able to charge the fees from Legal wise ,that that is why I have decide to join Legal wise . I consultant the head office so that I will make the arrangements as to how they are going to pay my lawyer, the lady told me there is no such thing they only help only if the divorce is contested ,i told Her that ,that's not what the consultant told ,after talking to someone from head office ,i have tried many times to get hold of the consultant but no answer from November ,and I was told that as soon as 1st deduction is done I will be covered ,i told the lady I wanna cancel the policy and get my money back because ,I was given false information.

I would like my refund to be transferred to my Capitec bank account and my Account number : *** Name Mrs N.G.Zondi This premiums where being deducted on my payslip, so I will appreciate your assistance.
