Legal wise - No Help

Thought I was doing the right thing by taking out a contract with LegalWise, since you never know when you might be needing Legal assistance or advise. However I have since discovered that when you actually need the advise or assistance and you finally say I need help...

I have found out the following: * you still need to do the work yourself * you still need to make the relevant phone calls * you need to update the lawyer.. and then he will phone you back with the same update you gave him a few hours earlier. * you need to advise the lawyers exactly what is require

Seems like the lawyers at LegalWise are permanently off sick... while everyone gets ill, no hand over notes are given to the next person based on the deadlines promised by lawyer.

Everyone's case is different and needs different things to happen, whether it is a lot of phone calls on one case or more research on another.

While LegalWise does promise that your case is important (as per management), they are not prepared to do the work necessary in order to make things happen.

As the customer where and how am i protected?
