Legal wise it's a waste of money they are useless

Legal wise it's a waste of money, so useless. None of my cases have been resolved till to date, I have reported to them several times regarding my issues with Thaba chweu municipality instead of them getting me legal assistance for my queries they are busy defending the municipality, I don't know if Thaba chweu municipality is the one who.is paying their legal fees or is it me. I also had a case in 2015 till to date it's not resolved. I even asked them that I can get a lawyer who will assist me and they just have to pay the legal fees, they r refusing, they always refer me to useless lawyers who isn't keen to help. Or they would refer me to their useless nelspruit branch. I'm am busy losing a lot of money through Thaba chweu municipality and legal wise just gives me automated smses that they will respond to me without any positive or should I say no respond at all.
