Legal wise is useless

Do not join Legalwise, their staff are incapable of resolving any issues, they do not give you feedback on your case and you have to do everything for these useless idiots.

I complained to the person handling my case initially, to their superior , to customer complaints head of department, who never even responded to me, and finally a separate lawyer who ensured me they are doing what they can on the case, emphasizing that they understand my frustration - no response until I sent them a mail complaining that I have had no response just about a month later - what did this bright spark do? Laid a complaint with the Legalwise complaints department.

I have been a member since 2010, used their service for the first time in August of last year and spent just under R30K as a member - all for nothing, I am no closer to resolution than I was back then.

They are genuinely ***********, save your money reader, spend it on anything other than this useless institution.

"Dont talk to me, talk to my laywer" is something you'd never have to worry about as a ******** as their members never get to talk to their own ****** "lawyers"
