Legal wise is terrible.

Legal wise is absolutely terrible, my wife's previous employer owes her up to 5 months due salaries and to date she has not yet received a cent. She approach legal wise in June 2019 to assist and no luck as yet. Firstly, you struggle to get hold of your consultant and when you do they tell you that they are busy and will contact you shortly. This of course doesn't happen, my wife has been waiting a week since she last spoke to her consultant. The only thing legal wise has done is send out letters to her employer stating they must pay. The first letter stated that her employer must pay the outstanding money by end of August 2019 otherwise legal action will be taken. Nothing happened, then they sent another letter in which they discussed different terms with her employer to pay a certain amount each month up until all outstanding moneys has been paid and both parties agreed. This was to commence end of October 2019, also didn't happen. Her employer broke two of the agreements and yet legal wise has to date done nothing. My wife tried getting hold of her consultant to find out whats happening and unfortunately her consultant was busy and she was told they will contact her shortly (This happened about a week ago). In between my wife did tried getting hold of her consultant but failed. My wife has been paying the monthly fees for almost two years now and its unfortunate that we have been throwing money down the drain! I would never recommend legal wise to anyone.
