Legal wise incompetence

I have joined legalwise early this year. I requested for a call on their whatsapp number, the gentleman that called a few days later had a serious issue with either network or his telephone line. He was going to call back. waited for more than 5 days and no call was made up until I called and I was put on hold for 15 min with no one answering the call. I went back to their app chat and requested a call back. till today no call nothing. I just wonder what exactly am I paying this company for. I'm disappointed
