Legal Wise *****

I have been with legal wise for over 10 years. Haven't had any cases till recently. They call you once, had sent e-mails, called in. They will apologise. They don't respond. I spent more data and airtime. They take my monthly premium gladly every single month. They have never helped or solved. They will respond again, apologise, ask for con details, call you once then ignore. It's like a cycle for over a year. They promised a reference number will be sent, waiting forever! Inhumane!!
