Legal Wise Bullies
<p>I was informed today that I am no longer member of legal wise even thou they have taken my payments for the past 20 or so years. All paymets up to date. I have never used their services in a courtroom ever only asked for help to recover a cell phone sent in for repair at mtn store key west and they have had my phone for six weeks. A lady at the Florida branch informed me that my membership will be canceled and I won't get any money back. The legal cover that I have accumulated over the years what will happen to that...will you put that in your own pockets Legal Wise.</p>

As a result of an incident at our Krugersdorp Branch your Membership was cancelled in terms of clause 37 of the LegalWise Membership Agreement. As undertaken, both via e-mail and telephonically, all your premiums paid after the date of the cancellation have been refunded to you.
Should you wish to take the matter further we would advise you to lodge a complaint for Short-Term Insurance. The Ombud provides a free dispute resolution mechanism between insurers and policyholders regarding insurance contracts. The procedure for lodging a complaint can be found on their website.
