Legal Wise bad customer service

I've been a Legal Wise customer for more than 10 years. Every month paying my premiums, without missing any payments. I was very disappointed when I was unfairly retrenched & I used their services to fight my case. Legal Wise assigned the following attorneys: Marais & Parsons Attorneys to my case. These Attorneys were very negligent & filed late at the Supreme High court hence my case was dismissed, meaning my case was never heard in court. I reported the mater to Legal Wise & nothing was done about my complaint!!!
