Legal wise a nightmare😭😭

My husband is a legal wise client from three years back.. Ref CVL***2, he is involved in a car accident which the other drivers car's brake failed and hit our car at the back. The driver wasn't cooperative then my husband opened a case n legal wise issued letter of demand and now they claim they can't proceed to help my husband's case because our car was registered on bolt he must find himself a private lawyer to help. He wasn't even told all this years that they don't cover something thats generate extra income, as he was paying every month.
