Legal Waste

I have been a member of legal wise for over a year. Ever since I joined them I have not received my membership card or policy information, actually I have nothing to be exact from legal wise. I know am a member because they never make a mistake of taking their premium every month. I have reported this to their main branch but nothing was done.<br> <br> I recently had an issue that required a lawyer, on several attempts I attempted to find out if legal wise covers incidents that happened outside South Africa, no one could assist me.<br> <br> I went to Middelburg branch and the was poor service, was told they will only be able to listen to anything I have to say on the 6th of May when I was the on the 21st of April.<br> <br> Now my plea to them is you've taken my money for so long, can I please terminate this useless service.<br>
