Legal Unwise - Bad Service and Unable to Cancel

Being a member for 20 years, I would have expected better service. My matter has been going on since Jan2024, and I have the frustration of dealing with Noobs that have no clue around how to apply to law.

Finally I get to speak to a manager by the name of Joe. I told him, i jumped through all your hoops, logged complaints with various ombuds and pleaded for help. The ombuds take really long. His response was sorry, cannot help, we have to follow the process even if it takes for ever. I then asked if you could assist seeing that I was with you for 20 years. His response was nope, i must treat you like every other client.

I messaged the whats app number to cancel twice, the message promises that someone will assist. Nothing.
