Legal never delivered to an old woman took advantage off

My mother had a case that is now over 4 years of a house dispute of a co owner who does not want to sign out,Legal wise kempton park has being sitting on this case for over 4 years ,at the kempton branch they even pushed my mother to joing a platinum policy for what ,,nothing the guy by the name of Nkosi is highly ***********, unprofessional and it shock me how is he part of such institution or is it what legal wise represents, false advertising but fail to deliver to clients ,this has caused anxiety on my mother and I am definitely looking forward to take this to the media with the evidence we carry ,Legal wise is more like ******* wise
