Ii never thought I would ever have to write a bad review about a company that is meanr to take care of my legal affairs. I'm a Gold policy member at LegalWise for over 15 months, paying R137, and have never had to make use of their services.

In April, they debited the normal fee on the 25th, to my shock they made another debit of R360 on the 30th, a different policy, Platinum member, I contacted them and enquired about the *****ulent policy which I never opened, they couldn't even tell me who opened it, just that they will close it, and was sent a confirmation letter of the cancelation as well as a chat transcript, it took them almost the whole month to return the funds.

On the last week of the month they sent an email, with a complaints form to fill, if I wanted to pursue the matter further, I chose not to submit, I needed to see if they will debit or not, 25th came and the normal debit of R137 went off, and these people debited again on the 31st, R360, how am I supposed to trust you? Not only was a *****ulent policy created without my consent, you went ahead and stole my money, and then **** about closing the account that was created by one of your agents. I decided to visit your branch in Cape Town CBD, for the second time, complaining about the same ***** and theft, I'm still waiting for feedback, its been way over the SLA given to me, you left me no choice, I've contacted you even on Facebook, it's useless, robotic responses.
