Legal matter with Trafalgar

It is frustrating having to pay monthly fee for lawyers but at the end you can't even communicate directly with the person representing you, I have a serious case where I need legalwise to represent me but it's like I am talking to myself.... I'll send an email and all I will get is just an automatic response, that leave's one confused as to did they even receive it.
