Legal ******

I find it highly unacceptable the level of non-professionalism demonstrated by Legalwise in their failure to keep up to their promise and prioritizing a simple legal matter. Just because my Mother is an old black pensioning woman who is not legal savvy does not give you the right to ill-treat a paying client. It is now toward the end of the week now and we are struggling to get assistance from the person allocated to handle her file.

This requires not even a complaint with their department because today they demonstrated their level of incompetency which is the same as the rest of their staff.
