Legal Case against SAPS

My car was shot at by the SAPS in a shoot out and I reffered the matter to Legal Wise to claim for the Damages thatand they referred the matter to an Attorney. It's almost two years now and each time I visit the Branch they are telling me stories. The last I paid them a visit they told me that they suggest we terminate the lawyers mandate after so long. I then gave them a go ahead to get a another Attorney. Till to date, nothing is happening. Sad part is when I phone the Complaints Department, I would be told that they are going to check the progress on the Matter and they will never get back to me. It happened over three times. I'm so very disappointed with Legal Wise. The service that I'm getting is very poor.
