Legal case
Received the worst service . Our legal case is assigned to a counsellor who just copies and pastes what we say nothing is done objectively or within her level of expertise . It’s like we are forcing her to work she can’t solve a problem independently . She has a horrible attitude . My dad has been a member for 30 years now but he’s being met with a horrible customer etiquette
