Good day. I never missed even a single premium but I can't be afforded the services I'm paying for I feel ******, I reported a matter that requires them to represent me in court they are busy pulling me left and right they don't want to offer me the services I'm paying for.

Thanks for the response but I'm tired of hearing about the investigation it's been a while now I have lodged a complaint and all you are busy telling me is that you are busy investigating and I don't have enough time here you know your staff members and you know who is responsible to do which task why are you not confronting the relevant people but you are busy playing a delay game of investigation.
