Quick to take your money when you show just a little interest but boy oh boy to get service is another story. Bad phone lines, sounds like caller is on another planet it's so ****led. Tried their whatsapp option...Charlotte the bot doesn't recognize anything as she's american so that's a dead end and oh yes don't try calling their complaints number....he simply threw the phone down...ps he sounded even further than the moon. Maybe that planet where I don't give a toss about working...just pulling salaries. Pathic

ll of a sudden they don't offer services related to my issue....a deceased estate. The lady that signed me up new the issue. I eventually got to chat on whatsapp and when I challenged the outcome....they can't help!!!! It seemed they were simply googling and not actually a qualified person....man I can google too. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic
I will now fight to cancel the membership. Wish me luck
