Lazy, unprofessional and pathetic bunch of 'legal Councils'

Any one considering LegalWise should think again! I'm sure they only get rewarded after showing enough arrogance, unprofessionalism and being the laziest useless person in the company. Why they are still relevant is still a big mystery to me. We went to the Randburg offices on 10 February 2022, dealt with Danny Paulsen. After being useless enough for 4 months and without any update whatsoever, he moved to another office and handed over the file to Stephen Tshabalala. He also could be bothered and in July handed the file to Julius Ncongo. No word or feedback from anyone. I sent emails to their client care, complaints, not bothered at all to return my calls. Finally on 04/08 spoke to a so called Manager at Randburg. If passing the bug and reading a script was a person, he is just that! Finally spoke to the ghost Julius, wow! He was not even aware he had the file! Promised to call me back but what a got was an automated sms reply. I can put my head of the block that these people at Legal Wise were picked up from the street and have no legal background whatsoever! These people are the laziest, inconsiderate and pathetic bunch of people you can find. They wont even quality to work in Government departments! Infact LegalWise are ******* because they take their money every month but when its time to offer the service they claim to offer, then they are nowhere to be found.
