Lawfully *********** and no proactiveness

I have never dealt with an organisation that is so useless the reception has got two idle women with bad attitudes, utterly unprofessional and they defend bad business practices. There is a gentleman by the name of Lucky that is not legally inclined or educated. I dealt with Belinda instead of deploying an expert in law they try to handle the cases themselves without having to do requirements gathering and problem analysis. Worse thing is that they do not acknowledge or respond to emails promptly.
