Lack of solutions
I have been awaiting feedback from the Benoni branch for so long, I spoke to the manager and she didn't give me any feedback, I spoke to some guy at head office and he mentioned they will guide the Benoni branch as to how they should handle my dispute with the cameraman, I'm unable to visit the branch and I lost hope because evertyime I call the branch they do not want to provide solution for my problem.
