lack of service, or no service at all

i am not happy with Legalwise, they are quick to debit your account to take your money, but that is where it ends... I have asked a call back to discuss contractual details, where i can forward a contract to to see if it is legitimate, I have posted the same question on their facebook and sent a messenger message, and i still have not heard 1 thing, not even 1 reply. I will never recommend Legalwise to anybody and i want my membership cancelled and then refunded as this service or the lack there of is disgusting
