Lack of service and no communication.

In the year 2020, I approached Legal Wise (Greenacres Branch) in PE and spoke to a consultant. I had sought out assistance with selling my property in 13 Stokwe Street, New Brighton, Port Elizabeth. The reason why I needed assistance was because the house was an inheritance and still registered under my deceased brother Sonwabo Ndwanya’s name. I am the only surviving sibling of my father’s children.

The gentleman I spoke to at your greenacres branch referred me to Chetty & Cubana attorneys who are at 163 Cape Road, Port Elizabeth. I spoke to Miss Marais who helped me with the initial consultation but then referred me to her colleague without prior communication or notification that she had handed my file over.

I have visited the offices several times and signed quite a few documents and was also told to bring the buyer of the house who also signed documentation to process the sale of the property.

In July 2022 I was made to sign documentation that I am not aware of any rightful heir to the property from the Ndwanya family apart from myself. The documentation was then meant to be sent to the master’s office to be processed. I have since not received any communication nor update. The delay has caused so much distress and has put the buyer into panic.

Please could an urgent update me given and assistance be given with processing the sale.
