Lack of communication and progress on a Case

I have been a member of Legal Wise for over 15 years but whenever I need assistance they fail me. My policy/member number is ***4

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the lack of communication and progress about a case I reported to Legal Wise earlier this year January . The case involves a certain detective at Kamesh Road Police station in Kariega 6241 who has been uncooperative in assisting me . Since the case was assigned to Dudu Lindiwe Nzuza, I have experienced continuous difficulties in obtaining updates she does not call, sms, email or even communicate via WhatsApp . The appointed legal team and council have not been forthcoming with information and I have had to take the initiative to reach out for updates. Unfortunately, my calls often go unanswered, and when I do manage to get through I receive little to no assistance . Additionally, the supervisor Bosch has not provided any meaningful support.

This has caused significant frustration and delays in resolving an important matter I kindly request immediate action.
