Lack of communication about my case

I’m not happy with legal wise because my case has been logged on 2024-12-12 but still today it hasn’t been resolved. There’s no communication about the case I’m just in the dark and don’t know if I’m going to be refunded my money by Avis. I lost all hope and thinking of cancelling the whole thing. When I joined I thought I was in safe hands but unfortunately that’s not what I thought. I’m so disappointed and waiting to hear from them soon.
