Just legal, not wise

I have called in last week to get assistance from this business entity which takes money from my account month after month with no fail - come to service delivery, a total **** up! i was told a call would come from Ofentse Malaka within 3 business days, today i had to call in from 8am leaving messages for some to give me a call. This is ****ing annoying and i demand urgent attention.
