Just done with LegalWise

I have a pending case for a motor vehicle I have purchased in 2017 and I still have to received assistance. I was referred to Narain attorneys (who has received budget and approval to procees with finalizing my case two months ago) but I have done several follow up with them with no feedback or update. I have not been using this car this year because it gives me so much trouble; been paying my Legal Wise premium with no fail but I really don't know what to do now. LegalWise has never even reached out to me for status or feedback since referring me to Narain attorneys since they've handed this over except for when I complain like this.. I really had enough of their nonsense and im cancelling this damn policy after this issue.. this is just nonsense..
