Junior Lawyers with no experience
Legalwise used to be really good, until they started assigning junior lawyers, fresh out of school that is not able to help you. I have had this the last two occasions and currently as well. I have asked this junior to put me in touch with someone senior, and days pass and nothing happens. The last junior, I had to come up with my own defense as she was like a deer stuck in headlights... Pity though, they used to be really good, now they are really frustrating.
