Johannesburg "24 hour" helpline never goes through

<p>I am a new member of Legalwise. When I received my card through post it had a 24 hr helpline at the back, but it never goes through! When I googled Maponya branch, their number was also not available. I called Florida branch to have a dismissal woman tell me to call Maponya branch? She insisted the lines are fine. I called and called with no avail. Take note, I had been calling since last week and this morning but never went through after holding. When I asked for complaints line from the Florida woman as I called the second time to tell her the lines aint working, she asked "what do you want to complain about, that the phones are not working?!", haaaa the sooner I escape this kind of service the better! </p>
