Is legalwise worth the money

i am a member of legalwise - i contacted them a year ago as a contractor had reneged on a contract. the matter was eventually handed over to an law company in October as a summons needed to be issued. despite many engagements with the local office (from my side) and eventually registering a complaint on the complaints system of legalwise (advised in the recent information booklet since to members) on 15 July no one has even acknowledged the complaint. i would have done better to go to the small claims court! Legalwise is not worth the money it seems <br>
