Inefficient, incapable and not trustworthy

I wish there was a negative/minus rating for this company!! A customer of many years, with never a missed payment and not once could Legalwise help us with our claims/disputes (we probably logged at max only 3 cases with them). Last time, I reached out to them for a dispute with Vodacom, knowing time is of the essence due to it being a contract dispute. After a couple of weeks of no response after initial contact, when I eventually got to speak to someone at Legalwise, I was told they work on a diary schedule, and therefore give updates only once a month!!! What?? How are you supposed to then sort out an urgent matter if they get back to you with feedback only once a month. After much back and forth, everytime initiated by me the customer about progress, I eventually gave up as I received no satisfactory outcome to my initial dispute. We also then cancelled the subscription, and received confirmation in writing that our membership has been cancelled. And what do you know, they again put through the debit order!!
