I had an appointment with one the Legal adviser named Roseline in germiston, on the 07/05/15 at 09:30. i find their treatment very harsh towards us customers , personally i. i was late for my appointment tried calling *** line was engaged, no address was noted o nthe sms sent to me for my appointment there for got lost and got to their offices 20min late for my appoint, she refused to see m, what ****es me i took a day off at work to make sure i sort this out, she didnt cme to see me but told the receptionist she cant see me, im really not happy of the service candcelling my contract would be an option hence getting an appoint is a hustle itself and i cant afford another day off at work...they advise their manager is not avail the whole day when i call the office after leaving with a broken heart
