Incompetency

<p>I have been a member of legalwise for 5 years and now that i am facing challenges with my employer about my unpaid salaries legalwise is failing to assist me with my query. It has been over 2 months since i have been seeking legal advice from one of the Giant legal company and they have failed me dismally. The company Bio Lotion cosmetics i have been working for since 1st feb 2016 till 30th April on a temporary contract have not being paying my monthly salary and being a member of Legalwise i figured i could be assisted but instead i was told by one of their legal advisor Mohau Rikau that ihe CANNOT do anything for me because i dont have enough evidence and whatever extra information that could help me on my case he still CANNOT do anything for me. ....... The Pretoria branch has been taking from pillar to post since May 2016 with no straight answer on my matter.. At first it started with Olebogeng Motlhokodi who handled my matter unprofessionally by responding back to me after 14 days of chasing since he sent a demand letter to my Employer, when my employer responded the same day of him sending the later now this means if i did not follow up after 14 days he wasnt going to give any feedback. The prompt and quick turn around time the Giant legal company promises the public on their commercial ads is a total masquerade. I have tried numerous times calling their offices to arrange a meeting with one of their superior/supervisor and was told i cannot book any appointment but the supervisor will ring me to arrange that till this day i have not received that call. I have been paying premiums to this comany for 5 years as a platinum member and Legalwise is refusing to help me with my query. What was i paying for if i cannot be assisted? </p>
