Incompetency
Have taken my medical aid provider to them because they are failing to reimburse me for money spent. I took the matter to LegalWise and instead of them solving the matter they are tellling me that the matter has been resolved and I have been reimbursed, when in actual fact I have not seen a cent from them. My biggest concern now is that they might have received the money from the insurance but did not forward it to me but have pocketed the money themselves.

16 Jan 2018, 07:21I received a call from them on Friday still stating that the money has been paidback to me, that was then that I asked them to email me prove of their claims. Haven’t heard from them neither have I received the email. Instead they asking me for the doctor’s details, mind you all of this is in the files of my claim.
