Incompetence of Legal Wise staff at Bellville Office

I had been a nightmare to deal with with one of their legal consultants by the name of Nwabisa Hoho in August 2019 I reported a of an phone insurer that refused to replace my handset..Nwabisa took all the details and made copies of the supporting documents, She was to contact me after 30days which did not happen. 2 weeks back I have been trying to set an appointment with her but was always told that she will get back to but never did, finally today 23/01/2020 I took a day off to go to their offices but the receptionist told me that she can only make an appointment for me as the consultant was busy with walk ins and will not see me without an appointment. I told her I have to see someone because this is an old case she told me she would get the manager to see me but remained seated until I reminded her after 30 minutes of waiting, she got the manager and I was handed the ombudsman and power of attorney forms to fill in and I did and left out details that were in document that I had given to the consultant on our first meeting and asked the receptionist to ask her to fill them in before sending as I did not have the copies of the documents with me at that time she agreed, I would say to my surprise but I was not surprised at all when she cc me on an email to the ombudsman when she sent the forms but the same information I asked her to add is still missing and the information missing is very vital if she intended for the case to have essence... the level of incompetence in the Legal Wise Bellville Office is sickening.
