Incompetant lawyer

It is really incredulous that I find myself in this position. The lawyer that was assigned to us has been \dealing\" with our cases for FOUR years now and still theres no progress. A case of buying a house and a case of an uncontested will. How difficult can such simple transactions be? The winding up of an estate should by far not take this long. As for the house, the lawyer assigned to us by you still has the funds and has not tranferred them to the seller. The seller has now passed on and we now have to figure out what to do as that money is his. <br> <br> We have been assigned a really pathetic lawyer, he has attitude, and is very ***********. He acts as if he is doing us a favor. I am starting the process of reporting him to the law society. His conduct is utterly unacceptable."
