Improve communication

I have been a member of Legalwise since 2015, during this time I never received any form of communication from them, payments were made every month on time, but received a sms stating that my membership as been cancelled, when I called to ask why, I was told because I owe them money. their prices were put up but not communicated to me, now if I want to stay on there is a 3 month waiting period. If I was short paying why was I not informed before they cancel my membership. I never used their services so I lost all my money.
